These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the Zipownr website and services. By submitting a form or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Zipownr provides exclusive-territory lead generation and referral services connecting real estate professionals with prospective buyers, sellers, and renters. Territory terms, pricing, and exclusivity are governed by a separate Service Agreement signed by each client.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Leads provided are not guaranteed to result in appointments, listings, or closed transactions. Lead volume varies based on market conditions, seasonality, and advertising performance. Displayed statistics reflect good-faith estimates for the relevant territory as of the date shown and may change.

3. Eligibility

Our agent-facing services are intended for licensed real estate professionals. By submitting the agent intake form, you represent that you hold or are actively pursuing a valid real estate license in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not submit false or fraudulent information through our forms.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape or bulk-submit our forms.
• Comply with all applicable laws (including TCPA and CAN-SPAM) in your own follow-up communication with leads delivered to you.

5. Payments

Territory fees are billed as described in each client's Service Agreement and processed via PayPal. Fees are non-refundable for leads already delivered.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zipownr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services, including lost business opportunities.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
